What I loved in November.

The month of November as been pretty exhausting - for reasons that could take days to talk about. I did wrap up my first year of University which was overwhelming, since I had four major essays to complete in such a short period of time. I now find myself a little lost in how to fill my days, but I can say that this break is well needed.

I have been meaning to get my hands on the Marc Jacobs Olmega Coconut Bronzer for a while now because it sells out like crazy! It finally came back in stock and I was quick to make an order. I love this bronzer because it glides on the skin smoothly, leaving a matte finish. This bronzer has the perfect mix of both warm and cool tones that give the skin a healthy finish, while at the same time provide a lovely contour.

Alongside my long awaited Marc Jacobs purchase, I could not help myself but to add the BECCA Macaron Glow Kit into my cart. Highlighters are always much needed to provide a healthy glow to the skin and I find that the ones from BECCA are incredible as  they are so pigmented and provide an amazing shine to the high points of the face. This kit includes a decent sized product of the shades, 'Opal', 'Rose Quartz', 'Vanilla Quartz' and 'Prismatic Amethyst'. My favourite has been 'Opal' because it is the perfect champagne shade that creates a blinding glow.

The Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray is an old favourite of mine that was missing from my collection for quite a while now. When the Naked Cherry collection hit Mecca, I had to grab the newly scented spray. This not only is this product perfect for keeping make up in place all day and all night, it does leave a lovely glowing finish to the skin.

I watched A Star is Born later this month and my gosh, it was an emotional rollercoaster. I not only loved the soundtrack but Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper were incredible. This movie made me feel all the emotions, even a few days after watching it.

I am struggling to comprehend the fact that we only have one month left of the year because it has flown by so fast. I hope December is good to you. Have an amazing Christmas!

Love always,

What I loved in October.

The beginning of October involved celebrating my nineteenth birthday where I embarrassingly experienced a night club for the first time and actually enjoyed myself! (who would have thought). Although October was a pretty draining month - for reasons I could rant about for days - I did closely bond with my gal pals through hysterically laughing and crying over music videos at 4am whilst munching on a bag of popcorn each. I also reconnected with an old friend who I spent hours with talking about how much we've grown in the last year. On a lighter note, one of my cats joined Instagram and I managed to score concert tickets Post Malone at 9am. You can say this month was pretty weird.

The Urban Decay Naked Cherry Palette hit the shelves later this month and I was pretty quick to getting my hands on it. I have been wanting to branch out from my typical daily light shimmer on the eye and a soft brown through out the crease, and this palette has re-emerged my love for slighter bolder eye looks. The selection of pinks and mauves create beautiful warm shades on the lid. My favourites have been 'Feelz' throughout the crease, 'Turn On' dusted across the lid and 'Privacy' and 'Devilish' on the lower lash line.

My obsession with glowing skin and shimmering cheekbones continues! - especially when I welcomed the Mecca Max Liquid Light in 'Quartz' into my life. This liquid illuminator is a beautiful pearl shade. I typically just add a drop on to the highest points of my face as a little amount of product goes a long way. I find that using my fingers to blend in the product works seamlessly as it melts into my skin, giving that blinding yet healthy finish.

I watched Crazy Rich Asians on my birthday early this month and I loved every second of it! A little late on the band wagon, but this film made me laugh and cry. The cast was amazing! and I may have developed a small crush on Nick Young.

This month made me realise a lot about friendships and family - and that I need to stop stressing about the small stuff. I pray that November will be a lot better!

Love always,

What I loved in September.

Does anyone else's attitude lift higher when the season changes? I feel so much more productive, energetic and motivated when the sun comes out to play and the flowers start to bloom. It could be the fact that I just celebrated my 19th birthday with my favourite people - or because I have witnessed the return of my iced latte addiction. Anywho, I have a few bits and random chatter I am excited to share with you so I hope you enjoy the read.

I finally got my hands on the well loved Tarte Cosmetics Shape Tape Contour Concealer and I am obsessed. This product does live up to the hype! It is a full coverage concealer, yet feels so light weight on the skin. It has been perfect for days where I need to look awake (constantly) because it is very brightening under the eyes.

Speaking of Tarte Cosmetics, I have loved their Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Blush in 'Paaarty' this past month. I received this blush as a birthday gift from Sephora a while back and only recently, I have been using it everyday in my make up routine. This blush is a beautiful medium pink that makes my skin look radiant and healthy. I find it brings back a bit of life and colour to my base make up after being washed out my foundation and multiple powders.

The Jeffree Star Cosmetics Velour Liquid Lipstick in 'Celebrity Skin' has been my favourite lip product as of lately. This shade is a soft nude with a pink undertone. The product glides on the lips evenly and dries down to a matte finish. I always struggle with matte liquid lipsticks because they tend to feel uncomfortable, but this one does not feel overly drying and lasts for ages!

My favourite scent this Spring has been Daisy Dream by Marc Jacobs. Not only is the bottle so lovely, this fragrance is light, fresh and floral and makes the perfect daywear perfume. I most often drown myself in this fragrance and it's still not overpowering.

I am still bopping out to tunes by Khalid and Lauv this month (what's new), and I still haven't gotten over Bazzi's 'Cosmic' album. - Every song makes the track to university feel like a music video.

Besides the late night binge watching of the X-Factor UK and Keeping Up With The Kardashians, I feel like September lasted about 2.5 seconds. Have an amazing October!

Love always,
Sara xo.

What I loved in August.

Another unbelievably quick month flows by, where I freak out over the fact that this year is coming to an end and I need to post a monthly favourites. August was pretty good, besides the usual mental breakdowns over university work and days where everything doesn't go to plan,  I can say that I ate way too many fries, watched some weird movies with my favourite pals and sang the Greatest Showman soundtrack on the swings like a boss.

The Too Faced Natural Eyes Neutral Eyeshadow Palette has been well loved by me these last couple of months. I love and use every one of these shades because they create natural looks that can be transformed from day to night. My favourite shades are 'Cashmere Bunny' blended throughout the crease as well as  'Silk Teddy' and 'Push-Up' dusted across the eye lid. The quality of these shades blend so beautifully.

Speaking of Too Faced, their Born This Way Setting Powder has changed the game for me - specifically my under eye game. No matter what concealer I use and what powder I set it with, creases form and it makes me look at least eight years older. This powder not only fixes that issue but also brightens up the under eyes. I also like to dust this powder all over my face to set my foundation.

The Zoella Beauty body mist in 'Botanic Eau' has been my favourite everyday fragrance. This has a subtle floral scent with hints of lychee and coconut that smells so fresh and not overpowering in the slightest.

I watched To All The Boys I've Loved Before on Netflix *multiple times* this month and I enjoyed every second of it. I am a sucker for a rom-com. This movie was not overly cheesy which was so refreshing. From watching the film so closely, I took away the underlying message of not being afraid of intimately connecting with another person. Evidently, in the end I think we can all bond over the fact that we want our own Peter K.

I always love a good groove and finding new music. That being said, I have developed an immediate obsession with Bazzi's music. I have had his album 'Cosmic' on repeat these last few weeks, specifically '3:15' and 'Mine'.

The month ended on a high, seeing Pink on her Beautiful Trauma Tour for my mum's birthday. The production was insane, dancers were incredible and of course I partied like no tomorrow. Currently experiencing an expected case of post concern depression - typical. Also, hysterically laughing over my mums singing voice caught on tape.

I am excited for a fresh start and to say goodbye to those winter blues as we move into a new season. I have a feeling this is going to be a good month.

Love Always,
Sara xo

What I loved in July.

The award for the most challenging and draining rollercoaster of the month officially goes to JULY! This past month has been extremely overwhelming. It has been a struggle mentally and emotionally but I have made it out alive. All the planets are in retrograde and that has lead to odd dreams, lack of motivation and an over analysis of every minor situation - it sucks but we always have to power through. That being said, this crazy time has made me spend a little extra care on myself - particularly involving skin care which I am excited to share.

I am usually not one to notice the impact of a face primer, however, I have noticed a difference in the way my makeup looks from using the Too Faced Hangover Replenishing Face Primer. This primer is very hydrating and acts as a comfortable base to apply foundation - giving the skin a smooth finish. I have noticed that my base makeup lasts a lot longer and also noticed a difference in how products sit on my skin.

The Benefit Cosmetics Roller Lash mascara has been a favourite of mine these last few months, purely because it makes my lashes look so long and full. The wand holds the lashes upward without weighing them down and at the same time makes the lashes look dramatic and wispy. This is hands down one of my all time favourite mascaras that I will be repurchasing.

I have been taking extra care with my skin this last month and have actually for the first time in a long time received so many compliments on how my skin looks. I can give credit to the LUSH Angels On Bare Skin facial cleanser that I have been using every night. This product gives my skin a deep cleanse whilst at the same time gives a gentle exfoliation that results in smooth, glowing and hydrated skin. From using this, I have also noticed an improvement in how my foundation sits on my skin.

The LUSH Chocolate Lip Scrub has helped me fight chapped lips during this cold weather. LUSH lip scrubs in general have been well loved by me over the years. This sugar scrub in particular not only smells and tastes amazing due to its rich - chocolatey nature, but deeply exfoliates the dead/flaky skin on the lips. I love how soft my lips feel after using this.

Evidently, hydrating my skin has been a priority this month and often I only focus on the face rather the entire body. The LUSH Scrubee Body Butter has made my entire body feel so soft. This product not only smells incredible, but the rich infused cocoa butter melts into the skin when used in the shower that acts as both a moisturiser and exfoliator. I am pretty lazy with body lotions so this does everything I need and has saved my skin.

I watched Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again twice this July and my gosh it was so good. I love the soundtrack, the cast and how emotional it was. I am a huge fan of the first film, and this one was even better, especially because I could sing at the top of my lungs in the cinema with my besties. I couldn't stop smiling after watching it.

It is always important to take time for yourself which is something I am taking on with me this August.

Love always,
Sara xo.

A Winter Beauty Survival Kit

I am someone who does love a bit of cosy weather. There is something so lovely about getting rugged up whilst watching a film and sipping on cup of tea. I do love winter; however, for some hell-sent reason, I don't really feel or look my best. My skin starts to feel patchy, my lips are always chapped and my hair becomes dry. Basically, I have been playing around with a bunch of skincare, haircare and body care products that have made me feel somewhat lively during this cold weather and I hope they'd also be of some benefit to you!

To start off with reducing my horrendous dry and patchy skin this winter, I have scoured plenty of facial moisturisers and the Simple Replenishing Rich Moisturiser, has been the perfect day and night saviour to combat dehydrated skin. I have been using this product for years and it never fails to let me down. The Body Shop Vitamin E Moisture Cream is also really good because it is water based and contains no harsh chemicals so it supports glowing, radiant and healthy skin.

Facial sprays are incredible all year round but are even more handy when the weather is cooler because you can do a quick spritz throughout the day to keep your skin feeling hydrated. I love both these facial sprays; the Mario Badescu Facial Spray contains aloe, herbs and rosewater and truly has boosted and reenergised my skin (also a great make up setting spray). The La Roche-Posay Eau Thermale is simply a spring water that soothes the skin with no added chemicals or ingredients.

The Skyn Iceland Hydro Cooling Firming Eye Gels has been a recent discovery that I previously mentioned in a blog post. I have been really starting to take care of my under-eye area and I have noticed a reduction in darkness and puffiness since I have been using them. They are also very cooling and are great at waking up tired eyes.

I have lost count of how many tubes, tubs and pots of lip balm I have gone through this year alone. After trailing so many, Lanolips has definitely been a winner. The 'multipurpose super-balm' in particular, is my favourite because it can be used to moisturise other parts of the body, but works wonders on the lips. It is soothing and has kept my lips feeling soft and hydrated.

The perfect sidekick to go with my Lanolips balm, is this Lush lip scrub. I feel like lip scrubs are under appreciated, but extremely necessary. I love this scrub because (1) it smells of sweet chocolate and (2) it leaves my lips feeling so soft. Removing dead skin is evidently going to make your lips feel so much better and you do not have to go out and purchase one. Simply, mix up a bit of sugar and coconut oil and scrub away!

An obsession with soft hands has stemmed from my mother, who always carries around tube of hand lotion everywhere she goes. This cold weather has done nothing but ruined my hands; cracks and red bumps just to name a few (my love for winter is slowly fading as the post progresses). This hand cream by QV has been of assistance and I love it. It is a pretty boring moisturiser with no scent or wow factor packaging, however, it is nourishing, hydrating and does the job. To all my dry hand sufferers, get on this!

Hair care is something that I often neglect for some unknown reason. I have bleached and dyed my hair numerous times so I have enjoyed staying simple and using natural coconut oil as a hair mask. I tend to have oily roots so I just concentrate the coconut oil on the ends of my hair for at least once a week. I try to leave the product in for as long as I can before rinsing it out. I have noticed that my hair feels and appears a lot softer since implementing this technique so I would highly recommend trying this out.

I hope at least one person benefits from this post.

Sara xo

What I loved in June.

I finally waved goodbye to my first semester of university that ended by completing last minute assignments and sitting a long and boring exam earlier this month. I have enjoyed relaxing in my warm bed whilst munching on salty popcorn and on some nights staying out way past my bed time, sipping a few too many cocktails and devouring plenty of Italian food. My sister got engaged, I worked some exhausting shifts at work and sang happy birthday to friends. I have really understood the importance of surrounding myself with positive and like-minded souls this past month but that's for another post. As always, I have splurged on some new beauty goods and at the same time developed some unusual but exciting habits that I have ranted on about...

The Rimmel London Lasting Finish Breathable foundation has been a part of my everyday make up routine as of recent. I am usually a tinted moisturiser kind of girl but coming into winter, I wanted something with a little more coverage but doesn't feel like you're wearing anything on the skin. This foundation ticked all those boxes; it provides a build-able coverage and has a long lasting power. My favourite part is the doe-foot applicator.

I have revisited the old liquid liner look this winter and I am kind of living for it. The Stila Stay All Day Micro Tip Liquid Eye Liner has made winged liner so easy. If you're an intense cry laugher like me, then I think you'll enjoy this one because it is waterproof and lasts all day. If you're looking for an intense black and sharp liner look then I think you've found your soul mate.

This is a weird one but colouring books have been introduced into my everyday life this past month. Not sure why, but I have found it very therapeutic and relaxing. Self care is so important to me and I tend to be quite the stressful person, so this has helped keep my mental health at bay. Even just from drawing with a few colourful pens on a blank piece of paper, I have noticed a difference.

The love and joy of Pride month compelled me to watch Love Simon. I have wanted to watch the film for a while and finally got around to it on one cosy evening and I have been completely obsessed since. It was one of the sweetest and most heart warming movies I have ever seen, exploring so many relevant topics involving the LGBTQ+ community and of course the typical high school drama that I am sure many can relate to.

The Incredibles 2 hit the big screen after fourteen years or something ridiculous. I adored every second of it, especially how relevant the creators made the film. Without spoiling too much, I loved how they highlighted the power of women when Elastigirl takes over and of course seeing infamous Edna Mode back in action. It was nostalgic and brought up some great childhood memories.

Shawn Mendes released his third album that has been on repeat every single day. My favourite songs on the album right now are 'Like To Be You,' 'Lost In Japan' and 'Nervous.' Every lyric is so beautifully written and I cannot get the songs out of my head. Speaking of new albums, 5 Seconds of Summer came out with some absolute tunes that I have enjoyed listening to.

It is exciting, yet daunting that half the year has passed.
A question to you is, have you kept up your new years resolutions? because I haven't quite.
Best wishes for July.

Love always,
Sara xo

What I loved in May.

My current situation involves throwing tissues around my room due to a horrendous cold and listening to my cat purr whilst I munch on my low sugar granola (that tastes awful btw). I seem to now only post monthly favourites, which isn't ideal because I feel like I have so much to say but cannot find the words to write. This past month has been pretty crazy, wrapping up my first semester of university with way too many hand in assignments, binging Netflix as per usual and spending way too much money on food and shoes.

It has been a while since I have indulged in a new beauty product and I finally got my hands on the Anastasia Beverly Hills Amrezy Highlighter. I love a blinding champagne gold finish. I have been wearing it everyday and particularly love building up the product in the evenings for an even more powerful glow.

The Body Shop Vitamin E Moisture Cream is an old favourite of mine. It has been the perfect light weight moisturiser for the cooler weather when my skin has been feeling so dry. The product almost feels water based so my skin feels very hydrated and smooth after application.

Due to what feels as never ending sleep deprivation and long nights feeling under the weather, my under eyes have been feeling so dehydrated. Luckily I stumbled upon the Skyn Iceland Hydro Cool Firming Eye Gels and they have been a lifesaver. A little on the pricier side but I have not really tried any face masks that are specifically for under the eyes. These ones in particular are very soothing and hydrating - plus they make me feel and look awake.

Speaking of tiredness, I have falling back in love with coffee. I think this reobsession happened for more for a social thing since practically everyone at university is walking around campus sipping coffee cups. Almond milk lattes are my go-to right now.

As for music, I have been completely obsessed with The 1975 once again after a long few years without them on my playlist. I love revisiting older tunes because they bring back so many memories. Youth by Shawn Mendes and Khalid has also been an absolute bop as well as Back to You by Selena Gomez.

Hopefully June gets a little more interesting.

Love always,
Sara xo

What I loved in April.

Normally I would say "where on earth did this month go?," however, April was here and boy was it jam packed. Although majority was experienced enjoying a mid-semester break where days were consumed by eating one too many fries, binge watching Teen Wolf and applying an unhealthy amount of false eyelashes, I feel like I need a nap. The month did end on a high note, seeing Harry Styles on tour. Words can't even describe how incredible he is live and also how crazy this past month was.

The Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Palette is something that I have wanted to get my hands on for the longest time but it was always sold out! I finally placed an order online last month and I have been using it ever since. My favourite shades at the moment are 'burnt orange' and 'primavera'.

These days lip products get ignored in my make up routine - purely because I cannot be bothered. The Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb not only smells lovely, but the slight peach tone and hyper glossy formula makes for a great lip combo with any lipstick, or, on its own.

Face Halo has made taking off make up so much easier. The fibres instantly remove a full face of make up with a little water in a swipe. It does not irritate the skin because no chemicals are used. I wish something like this existed sooner!

Sheet makes a one of those things that you pop on after a long day and instantly they make you feel that slight bit less stressed. I have used many sheet masks over the years and whilst most do wonders for my skin, the Strawberry and Banana Sheet Masks from 16 Brand has been an absolute favourite. I leave this on for twenty minutes in the evenings and rub the excess into my skin and the next morning my skin looks radiant and glowing.

Best wishes for the month of May.

Love always,
Sara xo

April 08, 2018

What I loved in March.

A crazy month it was indeed. Adjusting into my first year of University, spending long days at work, eating far too much pizza with friends, listening to killer new soundtracks and trying to make a somewhat routine. At least it's finally Autumn and the candles and fairy lights are out as the days get darker and colder in the evenings. March flew by relatively fast and I cannot comprehend that we are on to the fourth month of twenty eighteen.

As most of my days are preoccupied from start to finish, I have been wearing a lot more face primer underneath my makeup - purely because I need my face to stay put all day. I have been enjoying the Mecca Cosmetica Multi-Purpose Plumping Balm that makes my skin feel and look hydrated and leads to a smooth makeup application. For an even longer wear, I love the Rimmel London Lasting Finish Primer.

I am a lip balm freak. I love trying out new lip moisturising products and came across Lanolips. The multipurpose balm is extremely hydrating and nourishing. Equally amazing is the tinted balm that adds a light rose pink to the lips.

Vanity Planet Ultimate Skin Spa has been a long awaited addition to my skin care routine. In a little over a month of using it, I have noticed a huge difference in the texture of my skin, to the extent where I celebrate more 'no makeup days'. The silicone brush is gentle on my skin for a morning and night wash and the grey bristles are lovely for a once a week exfoliation.

My unhealthy obsession with The Greatest Showman still remains heavily the same, from watching it for the second time and still playing the soundtrack back to back. Aside from that, I have been non-stop playing James Bay's new 'Wild Love' and 'Pink Lemonade'. I love his new sound.

I hope April is good to you.

Love always,
Sara xo

March 04, 2018

What I loved in February.

February. The month that I have treated as a fresh start following the disaster that was January. Aside from the usual mental breakdowns, banter and writers blocks, I have officially begun a new chapter of my life, that is starting University, - well only the first week. It has been a definite change in my usual non-existing routine, that has made me unaware of how unorganised I truly am. That being said, I think this is going to take some time to get used to. This past month I rediscovered a lot of old favourites, from make up to books. I did not have too many to share but it will do.

The BH Cosmetics Carli Bybel palette has been well loved by yours truly over many months. However, more so recently this has become my go-to eyeshadow palette for a day to night make up look. The top row of shadows are my favourites - particularly the shimmery pink champagne that I sweep all over the lid, followed by the two mauve mattes that I blend throughout the crease with a fluffy brush.

The trend for liquid lipsticks still has not died and my love for them has come and gone. Typically because matte formulas feel uncomfortable on my lips. However, the Tarte Cosmetics Tarteist Lip Paint's are all I have been wearing on my lips this past month. Particularly the shades 'tbt', a pretty deep pink, and 'birthday suit', a mauve nude. The formula of these apply creamy with a matte finish, but are not drying, -  rather comfortable to wear all day and have a strong lasting power.

One and a half bottles later, I can say that this is one of my favourite fragrances of all time. The Jimmy Choo Blossom Parfume is a sweet and slightly fruity spring scent. I have loved this fragrance for a while now and even more as of recent. - Plus I have received so many lovely compliments every time I use it.

Reading books is something I have not consistently achieved for years. I have always struggled with the concept of picking up a book - it is much easier for me to watch a visual representation. However, this year I told myself that I need to pick up this old habit once again because I missed the feeling of getting lost in a book, relating to the characters and following their journey. The book that I loved reading this past month was; Girl Online Going Solo by Zoe Sugg.

I hope March is good to you.

Cacao & Almond Bliss Balls

Eating healthy can be easy...until 3:00pm when that craving hits. Does anyone else just get the biggest sugar craving in the afternoon?. It is easy to reach for that chocolate bar sitting on the middle shelf but sometimes that is not as satisfying as these healthy, raw and vegan bliss balls which are good for you and ultimately fulfil any sweet tooth. This heavenly creation is packed with protein, healthy fats, omega 3, antioxidants and more. They are perfect to snack on through out the day and as a pre and post work out treat. Yay for healthy eating!

The Ingredients
Dry:
- 1 cup of natural almonds
- 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp cacao nibs
Wet:
- 2 Tbsp rice malt syrup
- 3 Tbsp water

The Procedure:
1. Blend almonds in a food processor until they are almost finely chopped
2. Throw in the shredded coconut, cacao powder, chia seeds and cacao nibs to combine with the almonds that should form a crumbly texture
3. Add the rice malt syrup and water to the dry mixture and blend until all ingredients are formed into a firm ball
4. Once blended, roll the mixture into a small to medium ball (or any size)
5. Leave in the fridge for at least one to two hours to set
6. Enjoy!

Share these around or eat them for yourself. Healthy eating does not have to be boring!

What I loved in January.

Was it just me or did January feel like the longest month in history?...I felt as though the days lingered on and on, with an addition of continuous grunting and whining about a lack of motivation and direction. Aside from the unnecessarily long list of complaints that derived from who knows, a few bits and bobs have somehow lightened up the mood this past month that I have summed up in this post...

The Urban Decay 'Naked Heat' eyeshadow palette is something I have owned for a while but never got the chance to play around with, (purely because I have been too lazy to wear make up). I have been loving the shade 'Lumbre' swept across the eyelid with 'Sauced' and 'Cayenne' blended throughout the crease. This is my favourite Urban Decay palette because the warm toned shades are incredibly pigmented.

The summer heat in Australia constantly reminds me how grateful I am for the Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe, Herbs and Rosewater. I have gone through many of these bottles. I am constantly spraying this all over my face throughout the day because it makes my skin feel fresh and hydrated.

This year I want to put a little more effort into my outfit choices. Statement earrings and sunglasses have helped immensely. As for earrings, hoops and tassels have been my favourites to wear and I fear that I am becoming too obsessed. These ones are from Lovisa. I also have been loving these sunglasses from Beginning Boutique. The sharp black frames make any outfit look chic. Yay for accessories.

Journaling is something I never had the thought of doing because I type out all my thoughts on my blog and saw no purpose in handwriting. This year, one of my resolutions was to let my thoughts out on paper. Surprisingly, it was quite difficult at first to pick up a pen and write what was on my mind. It is so much easier for me to sit at my laptop and type away because it is something I am so used to. I encourage anyone to scribble down some thoughts on a piece of paper because I find it helps clear up my mind and make sense of everything.

The Greatest Showman is hands down one of my favourite movie musicals of all time. Not only does it have a bit of eye candy (Zac Efron), a killer soundtrack and cast, I left the cinema feeling empowered and confident. The message of accepting who you are is presented notably throughout the film and particularly in the song, 'This is Me' - an actual anthem. I loved it so much and want to watch it over and over again.

I hope you had a lovely start to 2018.

Love always,
Sara xo
